Offensive Player of the Week

Joe Kalosky, Endicott (So., QB)

Sophmore quarterback Joe Kalosky (Plymouth, Conn.) orchestrated an incredible comeback Saturday (Sept. 9) afternoon as Endicott came from behind to earn a 29-28 victory over non-conference foe, Bridgewater State. Kalosky led a nine-play, 92-yard touchdown drive down the field with 1:51 remaining and no timeouts. The biggest play came on a 51-yard bomb to Brendan Johnson (Weare, N.H.) from the Gulls' own eight-yard line on fourth-and-10 to keep the drive going. Later on, he connected with Sheilan Velazquez (West Haven, Conn.) for 31 yards with no time left on the clock for the game-winning score. The TD-pass was his fourth of the game, a career-high, to go along with 282 yards passing and 46 yards on the ground.

Defensive Player of the Week

John Salute, Salve Regina (Jr., DL)

Junior John Salute (Mahwah, N.J.) led the Salve Regina defense in its 26-20 non-conference victory over Montclair State as the Seahawks christened their newly renovated home at Toppa Field. Salute had seven tackles in the contest, including four tackles for a loss for a total of 27 yards. He also had 1.5 sacks. One of his key stops came on fourth-and-2 approaching halftime as he helped stall a promising drive for the opponent. In addition to his seven tackles, Salute also broke up one pass attempt.

Offensive Rookie of the Week

Riley Shanley, Endicott (Fr., TE)

Freshman tight end Riley Shanley (Simsbury, Conn.) came up just shy of 100-yards receiving in Endicott's come-from-behind win over Bridgewater State. He caught six passes for 99 yards, including two touchdown receptions. He averaged 16.5 yards per catch with his longest being a 42-yard grab.

Defensive Rookie of the Week

Noah Fearnley, Endicott (Fr., CB)

Endicott's Noah Fearnley (Orange, Conn.) was instrumental in the Gulls' 29-28 comeback victory over Bridgewater State this week. The freshman corner recorded three solo tackles and broke up two passes in the contest.

Special Teams Player of the Week

Kieran Lombard, Western New England (So., K)

Sophomore placekicker Kieran Lombard (Dover, N.H.) crushed a 44-yard field goal as time expired in the first half to send Western New England into the break with a 31-0 lead.
