Offensive Player/Offensive Rookie of the Week

John Kenney, Endicott (Fr., RB)

Endicott running back John Kenney's (Wilmingon, Mass.) 128 rushing yards were a major piece of the Gulls' 27-24 over Hobart on Saturday (Sept. 22). He ran 25 times for a 5.1 yards per attempt average with his longest run going for 27 yards. Kenney had one touchdown and helped seal the game with an 11-yard rush to Hobart's 4-yard line allowing his team to run out the clock.

Defensive Player of the Week

George Balian, Endicott (Jr., DB)

Junior defensive back George Balian (Burlington, Mass.) had a career-high 10 tackles in Endicott's 27-24 win over Hobart on Saturday (Sept. 22). Six of his tackles were solo stops, while four others were assisted. Balian put the punctuation mark on the victory by breaking up Hobart's final pass attempt of the game allowing the Gulls to get the ball back and run out the clock.

Defensive Rookie of the Week

Marshell Ricketts, Becker (Fr., LB)

Freshman Marshell Ricketts (Far Rockaway, N.Y.) contributed to the scoring on the defensive end in Becker's homecoming game against Dean on Saturday (Sept. 22). He recovered a fumble in the end zone for the Hawks' first touchdown of the contest.

Special Teams Player of the Week

Nick DiCairano, Endicott (Jr., K)

Junior placekicker Nick DiCairano (Trumbull, Conn.) contributed nine points to Endicott's 27-24 win over Hobart on Saturday (Sept. 22). He was perfect on his kicking attempts going 2-for-2 on field goals and 3-for-3 on extra points. His first field goal was a 27-yarder that gave Endicott a 10-0 lead. Later in the game he hit a 41-yarder.

Commonwealth Coast Football (CCC Football) is a single-sport football conference operating under the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) umbrella. The league has been in operation since 1965 (formerly as the New England Football Conference (NEFC)). The league currently consists of seven members – Becker, Curry, Endicott, Nichols, Salve Regina, the University of New England, and Western New England. Husson will join the conference in 2019.
